self raising flour
Chocolate vermicelli sprinkles
In a mixing bowl cream butter and sugar till soft and creamy.
Add vanilla essence and mix.
Add the egg and beat well.
Sift the flours and baking powder into the mixture and blend well.
Roll dough, cut with cookie cutter and place in non-stick or greased patty pans.
Prick biscuits (the bases) with a fork.
Bake (blind) at 180 degrees for +- 10 minutes or until done.
Decorate each biscuit with a slice of banana, piped caramel and fresh cream and choc sprinkles.
Biscuits can also be decorated with strawberries and cream.
