Health Loaf
  1. Mix all dry ingredients together.
  2. Add eggs to milk and mix well.
  3. Pour milk mixture onto dry ingredients and work in thoroughly.
  4. Pour into greased loaf tin.
  5. Sprinkle sesame, poppy and sunflower seeds on top.
  6. Bake at 180 degrees for 1 hour until bread is done.
  7. Remove from the oven- leave to cool.
