  1. Liquidise all ingredients.
  2. Let the mixture stand for 15 minutes before frying.
  3. Pour a thin layer of batter into a heated, lightly greased pan, tilting it to distribute batter evenly.
  4. Fry on one side until browned, turn over and brown other side.
  5. Filling: Coconut, cinnamon sugar, strawberries/bananas and fresh cream, canned pie apple.
