Instructions
  1. Sift flour, sugar, bicarbonate of soda, salt, and cocoa together.
  2. In a large bowl beat eggs, oil, buttermilk, vinegar and red colouring.
  3. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix until well combined.
  4. Spoon mixture into cookie cups.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes on 180 degrees or until a skewer / toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Cool completely before icing.
